To purchase real estate in the United States
Currently, the investment funds with which Vega Star Group partners are able to provide loans to foreign nationals who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Such individuals can obtain financing through specialized lending programs for non-residents. These loans generally do not comply with the standard agency guidelines established by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Instead, they are issued by the following organizations.
